Our FAMOUS Superior Butterfly Weft™ Extensions — also known as Butterfly Hole Weft, Flutter Weft, or Invisible Silk Hole Weft — are designed for a 15-minute installusing only silicone-lined microbeads. No sewing. No glue. No tape.
These semi-permanent extensions feature a flat, flexible silk base with strategically placed “butterfly holes.” Each set of two holes is used per microbead, allowing your stylist to anchor the weft securely while distributing weight evenly, reducing tension and increasing comfort — especially for fine or fragile hair.
Each weft measures 36cm wide and contains between 29–35 pre-punched holes, depending on the length and color batch.
Once installed, the weft is flipped over and lies flat against the scalp, hiding the beads and ensuring an invisible, scalp-hugging finish that grows out cleanly and naturally.

30 DAYS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We’re happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase — as long as the product has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. The product seal must remain intact.
All clip-in extensions, ponytail extensions, and halo extensions include a tester piece, so you can check the colour match without opening the main package.
If you wish to return your product, all pieces must be returned, including the tester. If any items are missing, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

If a product is unopened we can exchange or refund, however, any product tampered with will not be accepted as it goes against our hygiene policies.
Once we receive your order, we usually reach out in 48-72 hours to get the issue sorted.
We recommend when sending a product back for an exchange/return to opt for tracked delivery so you can keep track of where your item is. If anything happens to your item on its way to us, the courier company is liable for this and we unfortunately will not be able to honour the exchange/return.
Sometimes you purchase an item that isn’t quite right, so we’ve made sure it’s easy to make an exchange. Ship back your current set of extensions and let us know what you'd like an exchange via e-mail or over the phone. We’ll get you set up with a new order docket. Please note that courier costs for returns are covered by the customer.
